CSuite is a desktop app that brings every modality of AI (text, image, audio, and video) into one privacy-first workspace. It lets you chat with models, generate media, and chain providers into multi-step workflows, using either local models on your machine or your own cloud provider keys.

CSuite is a one-time purchase. You pay once and own it forever, with all future updates included. There are no subscriptions or renewals. Your license works on any of your machines, one active at a time. Deactivate one machine to move to another.

CSuite runs on your device, not on our servers, so there are no recurring hosting costs to pass on to you. You bring your own models (local or cloud), which means we don't have to meter tokens or charge per seat. A single upfront price keeps the product simple and aligned with how you actually use it.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Card and billing details are handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure. CSuite never sees or stores your card number. As soon as payment clears, your license key is shown on the confirmation screen. Copy it or save it as a file to activate the app.

Every purchase comes with a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund. If CSuite isn't the right fit, email support@csuite.so within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund your order in full to your original payment method via Stripe, no forms, no surveys.

CSuite is a local-first desktop app. Your files, prompts, and generated outputs live on your disk. When you use a local provider, your content never leaves your machine. When you use a cloud provider, requests go directly from your app to that provider using your own API key. They don't pass through our servers. We don't train on, collect, or relay your content.

Yes. The composition editor lets you build multi-track timelines with titles, images, audio, and clips, then render to MP4. Describe what you want in plain English and CSuite lays it out as clips for you, generating each asset in parallel so titles render immediately while the rest backfill.

Local providers run models directly on your computer using its CPU or GPU. CSuite integrates with Ollama, a bundled Hugging Face runtime, and the GGML runtime for local image and video generation, so you can run open-weight models like Gemma, Mistral, Llama, Qwen, and Wan entirely offline, and even generate speech on-device with Supertonic TTS. Your prompts, files, and outputs never leave your machine, and there's no per-request cost.

Cloud providers are hosted services like Runware, Replicate and OpenRouter that run frontier-scale models on their own infrastructure, plus model vendors like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and more, which you can use directly. You connect by adding your own API key in CSuite, and pay the provider directly for usage. Cloud is useful when you want the latest frontier-scale models, which are too large to run on consumer hardware.

You pay the platform directly. Create an account with Runware, Replicate, or OpenRouter, or with a model vendor such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Google to use it direct, generate an API key, and paste it into CSuite's settings. Usage is billed by the platform or vendor to your own account, and one key unlocks every model it hosts. CSuite doesn't mark up, resell, or intermediate those charges.

CSuite is a desktop app for macOS 13 or newer (Apple silicon and Intel), Windows 10 and newer (x64), and Linux x64 and arm64 (AppImage or .deb). There is no web version and no server to trust.

CSuite keeps itself up to date: it checks in the background, downloads a new version quietly, and installs it the next time you restart, with a Restart to update button once one is ready. Prefer to decide yourself? Turn off automatic downloads in Account → Updates and check on your own schedule, or download the latest build from our website and reinstall at any time. Linux .deb installs don't replace themselves: the app tells you when a new version is out and links to the download page. If you installed a build from before the updater shipped, download once more from the website and you're on the self-updating track from then on. Your local data, keys, and settings are preserved across updates.

Yes. Cloud platforms (Runware, Replicate, OpenRouter) are configured with your own keys, stored locally on your machine. You stay in full control of which platforms are enabled, and you can revoke a key at any time directly with the platform.

Only for cloud providers, for activating your license and its periodic re-check, and for downloads: models, app updates, and the first-run install of the local runtimes and ffmpeg. Once a local model is downloaded, you can run the full local experience (chatting, generating, and running workflows) offline; the license only needs to reach our servers again about once every two weeks.
